According to authorities around 6 p.m. they responded to a call from Madam D Beauty Bar.
After arriving they found the owner Destiny Harrison suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. She was rushed to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police are reporting that someone walked into the salon and shot Harrison several times in the head. It is also reported she was not the only one inside of the shop at the time of the shooting.

Colonel Sheree Briscoe of the Baltimore Police Department stated, “We do know there were other people present at the time, so anyone who may have seen anything — anything at all, no matter how small — to please share that information. I know that there is a conversation happening out [on] social media. That is not the investigative conversation.”
