Man Arrested In Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney Kidnapping Probe Out On $500,000 Bond


    A Birmingham man who was charged with child porn after being detained as a person of interest in the kidnapping of a 3-year-old girl has bonded out of jail.

    Jefferson County Jail records show 39-year-old Patrick Stallworth was released early Thursday morning on a $500,000 bond.

    Stallworth and a 29-year-old woman, Derick Brown, were taken into custody Sunday night in connection with the Oct. 12 disappearance of Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney. 

    On Tuesday, Birmingham police announced Stallworth was being arrested on seven child porn charges.

    McKinney was abducted Saturday night at a birthday party in the Tom Brown Village public housing community in east Birmingham. As of Thursday, she still has not been located.
